    Roger Wild

    Roger Wild, PMP is an international project management consultant and Director of Project Associates (Europe) Limited, offering specialist training and consultancy services. He has over twenty-five years experience in designing and implementing project management solutions. He has implemented various project management methodologies in a wide variety of businesses including Pharmaceutical, Engineering, Banking, Construction, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Financial Services and IT companies. Roger is a member of the PMI College of Scheduling, which aims to build confidence in the integrity of schedules and further develop / expand the Body of Knowledge of Scheduling. Besides PMBoK, Roger has vast experience with various project management systems and is also certified in Microsoft Project and the PRINCE2 methodology. For a decade he was a director of the Microsoft Project User Group (UK), which he was instrumental in formed in 1995. This very successful organization had over 1000 members from all sectors of industry and provided a forum for exchanging experiences and good practices. Recently the group merged with MPUG Global, which operates a similar service worldwide. In 1996 he helped initiate and plan three four year programs with the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF). These international conservation programs were reported at quarterly stage reviews to the Project Board, which Roger attended in a quality assurance role.

    Rick Graham

    Richard A. Graham, PMP has been involved in projects for over 20 years. He has been active with a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, engineering and manufacture, construction, information systems and telecommunications and has held senior roles in Astra Pharmaceuticals, Eli Lilly, IMC and British Alcan. Rick has a special interest in the risk and recovery aspects of projects, as well as in project contracting. He teaches a module of the MBA and Operational Research courses of a major UK business. Rick is a certified Project Management Professional® by PMI® and is a member of PMI’s Risk Management Special Interest Group. Rick also holds a degree in law. Rick is a popular key-note speaker and course facilitator on the number of project management topics, including Risk, Governance, Financial Aspects and Recovery of Projects. His recent assignments include delivering project consultancy and management training work for British Telecom, Deutsche Telecom, BP, Bechtel Corporation, Dubai Construction Authority, Vodafone, Siemens, Skanska, Tetrapak, Microsoft, Nokia and Ericsson among others.

    Prasad Kodukula

    Dr. Prasad Kodukula, PMP, PgMP is an award-winning speaker, management coach, author, and inventor with more than 25 years of professional experience. He is President of Kodukula & Associates, Inc., a project management training, coaching, and consulting company based out of Chicago, Illinois, USA. He has spoken to audiences spanning 35 countries on a variety of topics including project, program, and project portfolio management; leadership; and creativity/innovation. Dr. Kodukula has trained or coached several thousands of project and program managers at more than 20 Fortune 100 companies (e.g., Abbott Labs, Boeing, Chrysler, Cisco, Corning, Ericsson, IBM, Motorola, Sprint, UTC), the City of Chicago, the United States government, and the United Nations. He presents keynote speeches and conducts seminars for various professional and trade associations including the Project Management Institute. A co-founder and President of 2Ci, a Chicago-based environmental technology company, Dr. Kodukula is also involved in developing patented and patent-pending technologies for commercial application. Previously, Dr. Kodukula held positions as R&D director at a bio-environmental technology start-up, senior engineer at a global petrochemical corporation, and senior project manager at an international engineering consulting firm. He also taught senior/graduate courses at the Illinois Institute of Technology, West Virginia University, and University of Kansas. The Project Management Institute recognized Dr. Kodukula as “Best of the Best in Project Management” by honoring him with 2010 PMI Distinguished Contribution Award for his “dedication to the profession and practice of project management and sustained performance and contribution to the advancement of project management.” He was also recognized by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Kansas Department of Health and Environment for his outstanding contributions in environmental science and engineering. His company 2Ci was recognized by the State of Illinois as the most innovative small business in the environmental category. Dr. Kodukula’s educational background includes baccalaureate degrees in chemistry, biology, and education. He holds an M.S. in environmental science from Rutgers University, an M.S. in environmental engineering from Cornell University, and a Ph.D. from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He also has a Master’s Certificate in project management from the George Washington University. Dr. Kodukula is certified as a Project Management Professional® (PMP®) by the Project Management Institute. He is a coauthor or contributing author of seven books and more than 40 technical articles. His latest book Project Valuation Using Real Options: A Practitioner’s Guide was published in 2006. His next book on project portfolio management is due for publication in 2013.

    John Pelham

    John Pelham, PMP has over 25 years experience in project and program management and has been involved with training in project management for over 16 years. His hands-on project and program management experience covers many areas, including retail and banking, commercial and industrial construction, training and IT. He has successfully managed projects and programs of multiple projects ranging from the redevelopment of city-centre sites, through the procurement and implementation of enterprise wide IT solutions, to the management of portfolios of projects and teams of project managers. John also managed the implementation and control of a Project Management Office (PMO) for the provision of project management expertise and support throughout the organization. In the early 1990s, on behalf of a U.K. charity, John planned, managed and led a number of refugee relief missions to Slovenia, taking medical and other aid to refugee camps and enabling almost 500 displaced persons to be granted asylum in the United Kingdom. To this day he continues to be involved in voluntary work alongside local people in Bulgaria and South Africa. John has studied project management to Master’s level and his practical experience and expertise is further endorsed by his professional certification: as a Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute, as a Project Management Practitioner by the Association for Project Management, as a PRINCE2 Practitioner, and as a Managing Successful Programs Practitioner. He currently delivers courses on a wide range of topics including Risk Management, Contract Law and Management, Leadership and Communications, Financial Management, Project Planning and Scheduling, and Setting-up a Successful PMO. He is particularly in demand for the custom-development and delivery of in-house courses on the subjects of Project Leadership, Program Management and the management of Global Projects.     Karl Muenchow

    Karlheinz Muenchow, PMP, CSP, as a lean-agile trainer and coach, helps organizations in the common-sense adoption of lean-agile to increase effectiveness and quality, reduce cycle times, and to create an adaptive environment to innovate and lead. Working with clients worldwide, Karl provides invaluable lessons and insights to accelerate the process for learning and piloting lean-agile, and to successfully expand lean-agile across the organization.     Liam Dillon, B.Tech., M.Eng.Sc., MPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-RMP, PMI-SP, PGMP is a Senior Consultant and Managing Direction of international training & consulting firm, Turlon & Associates.     Bart Bernink, PMP, CIPM, MPM, CBAP is senior business improvement consultant and trainer since 1994. Bart has more than 35 years’ experience in Project,Pprogram & Portfolio management, Bbusiness Analysis and Business Improvement. He worked for various leading companies in the Netherlands, Belgium, UK and the USA. Mainly in the IT department, Project Management Office and Business Improvement/Change Management Office. Specialist in aligning IT to support new or revised business strategies, Bart managed large fixed price projects in E-commerce, financial, airline and governmental organizations.     Jim Hayden

    Jim Hayden, PMP, PMI-ACP, SPC, CSM is AgilePolaris’s CEO and Founder and a United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) graduate. The discipline, teamwork, communication, intense planning, organizational coordination and the ability to “observe and adapt” vital for successful execution in combat he learned flying fighter aircraft in the US Air Force are the foundation of what he brings to businesses today. Besides holding a Bachelor of Science from USAFA, Jim has a Master of Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the George Washington University’s School of Business.
